Le cuisinier ou la cuisinière prépare des aliments de grande qualité qui dépassent les attentes des invités à chacune de leurs visites dans un environnement trépidant. Le cuisinier ou la cuisinière est prêt(e) à apprendre et à accepter le changement, tout en mettant en œuvre les nouveautés présentées par A&W. Le cuisinier ou la cuisinière s’occupe des invités d’abord et avant tout, en leur proposant des aliments parfaits et délicieux, faits d’ingrédients naturels. Exigences physiques

• Rester debout pendant de longues périodes (jusqu’à huit heures)
• Lever parfois des boîtes lourdes lors de la prise d’inventaire (maximum de 50 lb)
• Accomplir des tâches répétitives (préparer et rassembler les articles des commandes et nettoyer périodiquement le restaurant, par exemple)
• Demeurer vigilant afin d’assurer en tout temps votre propre sécurité ainsi que celle de vos collègues et de vos invités 
• Avoir de bonnes habitudes d’hygiène personnelle et respecter les normes en matière d’uniforme
